Description
Please read and agree to the following terms and conditions before making your payment:
- You must be 18 years or older with a valid government ID.
- We will do our best to meet your tattoo requests but can not guarantee.
- A deposit is REQUIRED for ALL tattoo appointments (Deposit amount varies depending on the cost of the tattoo.)
- Porkchops Tattoo Studio has the right to refuse service to anyone, regardless if you have a deposit or appointment (i.e. if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, disrespectful to Porkchop’s staff or clients, do not follow studio policies, etc.)
- We cannot tattoo skin with too much sun exposure. If you arrive for your tattoo appointment with too much sun exposure on the area to be tattooed, you will forfeit your deposit.
- All tattoo deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable (we cannot transfer appointment date, time, or client.). By paying your deposit, you agree to the design, placement, and size discussed for your tattoo. Any changes after paying deposit are subject to change in price and forfeiture of original deposit.
